Ausbildung Placement

A paid, state-recognised route into a German or Austrian career.

Ausbildung is Germany and Austria's dual vocational training system — you train with an employer 3–4 days a week and attend a vocational school the rest, earning a stipend throughout. We match B2-certified students to verified Ausbildung seats.

What Is Ausbildung

Training and earning, at the same time.

Ausbildung (German vocational training) typically runs 2–3.5 years. You're a registered trainee (Auszubildende/r) with an employer, paid a monthly stipend that increases each training year, while attending a Berufsschule for theory. At the end, you sit a chamber exam (IHK or HWK) for a nationally recognised qualification.

Austria runs a near-identical Lehre system, recognised across the DACH region.
